Privacy Policy — Advanced Electric LLC
Effective date: July 2, 2026 Last updated: July 2, 2026
Advanced Electric LLC (“Advanced Electric,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.advancedelectricllc.com and provides electrical contracting services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using our website, requesting service, or communicating with us, you agree to this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
- Contact information — name, mailing/service address, phone number, and email address.
- Service information — details about the work you request, property access notes, job history, photos, and related records.
- Payment information — billing details processed through our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Communications — records of calls, text messages, emails, and form submissions between you and us.
- Website usage — basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, collected through standard web analytics and cookies.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Respond to inquiries, schedule visits, and provide electrical services;
- Send service-related communications such as appointment confirmations, dispatch notifications, quotes, invoices, and follow-ups;
- Process payments and maintain business records;
- Improve our services, website, and customer support;
- Comply with legal, tax, licensing, and safety obligations.
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Consent and Privacy
When you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you SMS/text messages related to your service — such as appointment reminders, technician dispatch and arrival notices, quote and invoice notifications, and account or service updates.
No sharing or selling of mobile data for marketing. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in/consent information are not shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used solely to operate our messaging program.
Limited sharing for service delivery only. We may share mobile numbers and related data only with the vendors and service providers that help us operate our messaging and business systems (for example, our field-service management platform, Jobber, and our SMS/telecom provider). These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations and may use the information only to support the delivery and technical operation of our SMS program — never for their own marketing.
Opting out. You can cancel messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you will receive a confirmation and no further texts unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the information in Section 11.
Frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers — companies that perform functions on our behalf (scheduling and CRM, payment processing, SMS/telecom, accounting, and website hosting), under agreements that restrict their use of your data to providing those services;
- Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Advanced Electric, our customers, or others.
As stated in Section 3, mobile opt-in and consent data are excluded from any sharing for marketing purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business, tax, and warranty records, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
6. Your Choices and Rights
- Text messages — opt out anytime by replying STOP.
- Email — use the unsubscribe link or contact us to opt out of non-essential email.
- Access and deletion — you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we must retain by law.
- California residents (CCPA/CPRA) — you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share mobile opt-in data for marketing. To exercise these rights, contact us using Section 11.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services and website are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
